About The Position

Premium Velocity Auto/Jiffy Lube (PVA) is seeking reliable individuals with a growth mentality, committed to customer satisfaction, to fill the role of Customer Service Advisor/Lube Technician. This position involves working safely in various roles to meet the individual needs of the customer, ensuring they are confident in the safety of their vehicle. No prior automotive experience is required, as PVA will provide training. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service and retail sales skills, with the ability to build rapport and explain products effectively. Qualified candidates can work well in a team setting, have great communication skills, and are efficient in fast-paced environments. A valid driver's license is strongly preferred but not required.

Requirements

Proven face-to-face customer service or sales experience.
Ability to perform the responsibilities of the job.
Able to stand for an extended period.
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, crawl, and climb stairs.
Ability to lift over 50 pounds.
Comfortable working in an enclosed and/or semi-outdoor environment.
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Greet and escort guests from their vehicles as you review their requests.
Inform guests of any promotions or products available with thorough understanding of the full range of Jiffy Lube products and services acquired through your training.
Provide impartial recommendations or options that are tailored specifically to guest’s needs based on manufacturer recommendations and technicians’ findings.
Communicate updates to the guest throughout the entire process as well as any special circumstances that impact overall satisfaction.
Perform preventative maintenance such as oil and filter change, refill fluid levels, and inspecting and replacing lights, wiper blades, brakes, and tires.
Promote customer loyalty by ensuring completion of quality workmanship, reviewing services completed with guest, confirming guest satisfaction, and encouraging return at recommended intervals.
Other duties as assigned by management.
