About The Position

Premium Velocity Auto/Jiffy Lube (PVA) is seeking Customer Service Advisors/Lube Technicians who can safely meet individual customer needs and ensure vehicle safety. No prior automotive experience is required; customer service and retail sales skills are transferable, and comprehensive training will be provided. This role involves acting as the primary customer liaison, creating a positive guest experience, and performing preventative maintenance services.

Requirements

  • Proven face-to-face customer service or sales experience.
  • Ability to perform the responsibilities of the job.
  • Able to stand for an extended period.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, crawl, and climb stairs.
  • Ability to lift over 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in an enclosed and/or semi-outdoor environment.
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and escort guests from their vehicles and review their requests.
  • Inform guests of promotions and available products, demonstrating a thorough understanding of Jiffy Lube products and services.
  • Provide impartial recommendations tailored to guest needs based on manufacturer guidelines and technician findings.
  • Communicate updates to the guest throughout the service process, including any special circumstances impacting satisfaction.
  • Perform preventative maintenance such as oil and filter changes, refilling fluid levels, and inspecting/replacing lights, wiper blades, brakes, and tires.
  • Promote customer loyalty through quality workmanship, reviewing completed services with the guest, confirming satisfaction, and encouraging timely returns.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
