The Customer Service Advisor supports customers through their entire visit—building trust, guiding service decisions, and performing basic automotive maintenance as a trained Lube Technician. Responsibilities include greeting customers, reviewing service needs, and escorting them from their vehicles. They will explain promotions and available services, provide unbiased recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines and technician findings, and communicate updates throughout the service process. The advisor will also perform preventative maintenance such as oil changes, fluid top-offs, inspections, and replacements of basic components. Finally, they ensure quality work, review completed services with customers, and encourage return visits, performing other duties as assigned.
