About The Position

Premium Velocity Auto/Jiffy Lube is hiring Customer Service Advisors/Lube Technicians. No prior automotive experience is required; customer service and retail sales skills are transferable. The role involves ensuring vehicle safety and customer confidence through various tasks. Requirements

  • Proven face-to-face customer service or sales experience.
  • Ability to perform the responsibilities of the job.
  • Able to stand for an extended period.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, crawl, and climb stairs.
  • Ability to lift over 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in an enclosed and/or semi-outdoor environment.
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and escort guests from their vehicles as you review their requests.
  • Inform guests of any promotions or products available with thorough understanding of the full range of Jiffy Lube products and services acquired through your training.
  • Provide impartial recommendations or options that are tailored specifically to guest’s needs based on manufacturer recommendations and technicians’ findings.
  • Communicate updates to the guest throughout the entire process as well as any special circumstances that impact overall satisfaction.
  • Perform preventative maintenance such as oil and filter change, refill fluid levels, and inspecting and replacing lights, wiper blades, brakes, and tires.
  • Promote customer loyalty by ensuring completion of quality workmanship, reviewing services completed with guest, confirming guest satisfaction, and encouraging return at recommended intervals.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
