Premium Velocity Auto/Jiffy Lube is seeking a Customer Service Advisor Trainer to join our team! CSA Trainers will be responsible for the training of existing Customer Service Advisors (CSA’s) and Parking Lot CSA’s (PCSA’s), development of new CSA’s/PCSA’s and ensuring that JTSS processes are adhered to in each store within their area. This will be achieved by conducting in-classroom and in-store training sessions for groups of CSA’s/PCSA’s and by focusing on underperforming stores in their markets through store visits and coaching. Their day-to-day supervision, scheduling and development will be through a dotted line reporting to the Training Team. This role will also have ongoing responsibility for the KPI results of the stores and their students' post-training.
