About The Position

The CSA is responsible for supporting and assisting the body shop department and services to customers. This role is with a growing business committed to family, internal promotion, environmental protection, an inspiring company culture, and community involvement.

• 1 year of prior experience in a body shop

Responsibilities

• Pre-printing VMAs for the lane and providing to the advisors.
• Reviewing appointment schedule with management.
• Participating in morning meetings.
• Greeting every customer promptly, by name if they have an appointment.
• Keeping the appointment sheet with the customer.
• Performing waiting room “Check ins” and understanding the “pulse” of the room, reporting back to Lane/Service Manager.
• Performing basic/generic status updates.
• Parts updates.
• Completion of work updates.
• Scheduling active delivery.
• Assisting with incoming phone calls, directing them to available consultants.
• Taking messages and directly giving them to the advisor for follow-up, and tracking messages to ensure follow-up.
• Performing Active Deliveries as available.
• Discussing CSI surveys.
• Performing CSI follow up calls.
• Directing any concerns to the Management team.
• Handling of all rentals incoming and out-bound.
• Filling in for advisors who are out that day.
• Checking in with the Management team for additional tasks during downtime.
