Automotive Components Assembly Technician Picture your first week on the line at MOBIS in West Point, GA (near LaGrange): you meet a tight-knit crew, step into a climate-controlled plant, and help build automotive components that go into vehicles across the country. You learn each station, rotate through tasks, and see how your attention to detail keeps quality high and production moving. What your day looks like Support assembly operations while on your feet for 8–12 hours, moving with the line and staying engaged. Handle materials safely: lift up to 50 lbs regularly and participate in team lifts for items over 50 lbs. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with teammates to troubleshoot quality issues and put corrective actions in place. Follow safety rules and standard work to drive quality, efficiency, and cost improvements.
