About The Position

Dyer Collision Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Collision Estimator to join their growing, family-owned business. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of CCC1 and ADAS systems, possess strong people skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role involves writing accurate estimates, collaborating with customers and insurance partners, evaluating ADAS repair needs, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the repair process.

Requirements

• 2+ years of estimating experience in a collision center or body shop.
• Proficiency with CCC1 and a solid understanding of ADAS repair requirements.
• Previous experience working with Direct Repair Programs (DRP).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to turn stressful situations into positive experiences.

Responsibilities

• Write accurate and timely estimates using CCC1.
• Work directly with customers and insurance partners (DRP programs) to ensure smooth repair authorizations.
• Evaluate ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) repair needs and coordinate with technicians.
• Communicate clearly with the collision team to keep repairs on track.
• Provide an outstanding customer experience by keeping clients informed every step of the way.
