About The Position

This internship position focuses on validation of automotive cloud and middleware systems. The role involves reviewing, analyzing, and enhancing test cases, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, performing log analysis, and tracking defects. The intern will support system-level and end-to-end testing, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and build and manage containerized applications using Docker. Additionally, the intern will support cloud-based solution validation and troubleshooting to ensure scalable and reliable performance.

Requirements

MSEE, MSCS, or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related field
Minimum 1+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud systems, or quality engineering
Minimum 1+ years’ experience in backend cloud development and maintenance
Proficiency in technologies including C, C#, .NET / .NET Core, Angular, HTML5, Bootstrap
Proficiency in ROS, LINUX, REST APIs, MQTT and DDS Communication

Responsibilities

Review, analyze, and enhance existing test cases to ensure completeness, accuracy, and maintainability
Validate that test cases cover all functional requirements and use-case scenarios
Identify gaps in test coverage and define additional test scenarios
Improve test strategies to detect defects early in the development lifecycle
Update and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, integration, and deployment for cloud based and middleware setup
Perform log analysis to troubleshoot issues and support root cause identification
Track, manage, and follow up on defects through closure
Support system-level and end-to-end testing of new and existing features
Ensure proper validation of integrated systems prior to release
Identify, document, and track defects throughout testing cycles
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure system readiness
Build and manage containerized applications using Docker
Optimize application performance in containerized environments
Support DevOps practices for continuous delivery and deployment
Test and validate cloud-based solutions, infrastructure, and applications
Support development of scalable, reliable, and high-performance cloud-native applications
Work with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
Support requirement definition and architectural standards for cloud systems
Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure ensuring security and compliance
