About The Position
The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Cashier/Receptionist at Napleton's Mid Rivers Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. The position is critical to the customer experience and handles customer transactions, calculates bills, and processes payments. The ideal candidate is accurate and customer-focused. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Cashier experience.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professional appearance.
- Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws and regulations.
- Must be at least 18 years old to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities
- Calculate customer bills using the dealership’s computer system.
- Receive cash, check, and credit card payments from customers.
- Accurately make change and issue receipts.
- Record totals of counter tickets, repair orders, and sales deposits, then verify them against cash, checks, and credit card payments on hand at the end of the shift.
- Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer customers to the appropriate person for resolution.
- Work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays.
