Coughlin Ford of Pataskala is currently looking for an Automotive Cashier Receptionist at for the service department. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math proficiency, attention to detail, and familiarity with office technology or dealership software
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to handle inquiries or complaints with poise
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and friendly personality
- Maintains professional appearance
- Team oriented and self-motivated
- Able to work with little supervision
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, answer billing inquiries, and direct complex questions to service advisors
- Receive cash, checks, and credit card payments, calculate bills, and issue accurate receipts
- Balance cash drawers daily, prepare bank deposits, and track daily transaction records
- File repair orders, answer incoming phone calls, and assist other departments with basic clerical tasks
