This role focuses on providing excellent customer service by managing inbound and outbound calls, scheduling sales and service appointments, and maintaining customer communication to increase satisfaction and drive business growth. This is a full-time role in a fast-paced, dynamic automotive sales environment. You will collaborate with sales and service teams to support customer engagement and retention. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in telephone-based customer service, telemarketing, or automotive business development preferred.
  • Familiarity with call scripts, power tracks, and alternative customer engagement strategies.
  • Professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude in customer interactions.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with team members and customers.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; self-motivated with effective time management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and schedule sales appointments following established scripts.
  • Make outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments for sales and service.
  • Log all customer communications and follow up as needed.
  • Confirm, reschedule, and track appointments using the appointment board and database.
  • Generate and send letters, postcards, and emails based on marketing timelines for customer follow-up.
  • Respond to customer website requests and contact internet customers to schedule appointments.
  • Notify necessary departments when appointments are scheduled.
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned.
  • Meet or exceed monthly performance goals.
