Requirements
- Previous experience as an Automotive Body Technician preferred.
- Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures and techniques.
- Ability to perform quality repairs while maintaining productivity.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
Nice To Haves
- I-CAR and OEM certifications are a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality collision repairs, including structural and cosmetic bodywork.
- Follow OEM repair procedures and industry-standard repair practices.
- Properly assess damage and complete repairs efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with estimators, management, and fellow technicians to ensure a smooth repair process.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and repair quality.
- Take pride in delivering exceptional repair results and customer satisfaction.
