Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 5+ years of collision repair experience
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- High productivity while maintaining high quality work
- Ability to work well with co-workers
- Strong detail orientation
- Ability to understand manufacturer’s specifications
- Selected candidate must be able to perform all job functions that require bending, standing, lifting, and reaching.
Nice To Haves
- Collision experience is preferred
- Automotive collision training highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Evaluating collision damage and performing body repair on vehicles.
- Testing and checking vehicles to determine the amount of structural, body, mechanical and interior damage.
- Working with the estimator to determine the cost of the repair.
- Straightening bent bodies, replacing body parts, removing dents and damaged panels and refinishing the metal using a variety of tools.
