About The Position

The Automotive Body Repair Technician is responsible for reviewing damage reports, preparing cost estimates, and planning work. This role involves removing damaged body parts, hammering out or patching dents, and grinding, sanding, buffing, and priming refurbished and repaired surfaces. The technician will perform other duties as assigned. The compensation structure may vary by location, and specific details should be discussed with the hiring recruiter. The job duties are primarily performed in a garage or outdoor environment, in a team-based, fast-paced setting. Weekend availability is required.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
  • Willing to work in a fast paced environment with changing needs & priorities.
  • Positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • Auto body repair: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Automotive Body Technicians: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Review damage reports, prepare cost estimates, and plan work
