About The Position
Dent Wizard is seeking an experienced Paint Technician to join their growing team. This position offers uncapped earning potential and the opportunity to work independently at partner locations such as dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions. The role involves performing high-quality minor automotive reconditioning, including paint touch-ups and full surface repairs, using advanced spray equipment and proven techniques. The technician will be responsible for prepping, blending, and finishing vehicle surfaces to perfection, delivering fast and flawless results that exceed customer expectations. This is a 100% commission-based position, with first-year earning potential estimated between $50,000-$75,000 and long-term potential of $70,000-$150,000+.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork
- Strong attention to detail and color accuracy
- Self-motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Travel to customers to perform high-quality minor automotive reconditioning activities such as paint touch-ups to full surface repairs using advanced spray equipment and proven techniques
