About The Position

Gerald Honda of Countryside is seeking an enthusiastic individual with experience in an Automotive Accounting Office as a Biller. This role involves various accounting tasks related to vehicle sales and inventory management.

Requirements

• Experience in an Automotive Accounting Office as a Biller.
• Experience posting new and used retail deals into accounting.
• Experience calculating salesperson commissions.
• Experience submitting rebates/incentives with the manufacturer.
• Experience issuing customer payoffs, checks, and ACH.
• Experience posting funding notices.
• Experience researching and resolving billing discrepancies or problems.
• Experience with Inventory Management.
• Experience with additional accounting duties as assigned.

Nice To Haves

• Previous Dealertrack experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post new and used retail deals into accounting.
• Calculate salesperson commissions.
• Submit rebates/incentives with the manufacturer.

• Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the billing.
• Inventory Management.
• Additional accounting duties as assigned.
