Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive billing, licensing, and title processing (preferred)
- Knowledge of DMV rules and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in dealership software systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines

Responsibilities
- Process vehicle sales transactions, including accurate billing of new and used vehicles.
- Prepare and submit all legal documents for titling and registration to DMV and relevant agencies.
- Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Verify accuracy of vehicle sale paperwork and collaborate with sales and finance teams.
- Ensure timely processing of title work to avoid penalties or delays.
- Address and resolve any title or billing discrepancies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of licensing, titling laws, and regulations.
