About The Position

HW Kia of West County is growing and is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Wholesale/Dealer Trade title clerk- biller to add to their award-winning team. This role involves maintaining accurate and efficient title and accounting records by computing, classifying, preparing, recording, and verifying financial data.

Requirements

• At least 2 years title clerk experience.
• Reconciling daily cash and charges for bank deposits.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with great attention to detail.
• Effective time management skills.
• Must be a team player with an excellent work ethic.

Nice To Haves

• CDK experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Basic accounting knowledge of routine accounting functions.
• Assisting the Office Manager with various accounting duties.
• Entering aftermarket warranty products into the system
• Processing payments for aftermarket warranty products.
• Managing cancellations of aftermarket warranty products.
• Handling dealer trades and wholesale deals.
• Reconciling daily cash and charges for bank deposits.
• Reconciling schedules on a weekly and monthly basis.
