About The Position
Jack Madden Ford is one of the premier automotive dealerships in the region. We are expanding our Sales Business Development Center (BDC) and looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our high-volume team. Whether you are an experienced customer service pro or looking to start a lucrative career in automotive sales, we provide all the tools, technology, and training you need to succeed!
Requirements
- Phone & Communication Skills: Confident tone, strong phone presence, and great listening skills.
- Money-Motivated: Driven by goals, commissions, and achieving monthly performance bonuses.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM software, phone systems, and basic computer programs.
- Reliability & Coachability: Punctual, eager to learn new word tracks, and open to feedback.
- Valid Driver’s License and passing a background/drug screening.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate who brings energy and a great attitude.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound phone calls, internet leads, and text inquiries from customers interested in buying a vehicle.
- Outbound outreach via phone, personalized video messages, and emails to set VIP appointments.
- Log all customer interactions clearly in our CRM and manage daily follow-up tasks.
- Work directly with Sales Managers to confirm appointments and ensure a seamless handoff on the showroom floor.
