About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Automotive B or C Technician to join our fast-paced service department. In this role, you will diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide range of vehicle systems. Whether you are an experienced C-level tech looking to jump to the next level or a seasoned B-level pro, we provide the volume and support you need to succeed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an automotive technician (Dealership experience preferred but not required).
  • Must possess your own basic tools to perform daily tasks.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing engine, transmission, electrical, and braking systems.
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to work in a shop environment with exposure to noise, vibration, and chemicals typical of the industry.
  • Must maintain valid driver's license that meets dealership insurability requirements.
  • You must obtain and maintain all required certifications, licenses, and registrations.
  • Stand and/or sit for up to 8 hours per shift.
  • Lift up to forty pounds without restrictions.
  • Enter and exit vehicles without difficulty.
  • Perform visual and manual inspections to determine safety or repair needs.
  • Ability to perform accurate diagnostics and repairs across multiple vehicle systems.
  • Ensure work is completed to factory and dealership standards.
  • Dedicated to providing safe, reliable service for guests.
  • Collaborates effectively with advisors, parts staff, and fellow technicians.
  • Commitment to training and staying current with manufacturer updates.

Nice To Haves

  • ASE certifications are a major plus (and we will help you get more!).

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality automotive repairs and maintenance as outlined on repair orders with speed and precision.
  • Conduct thorough multi-point "360 Inspections" to ensure guest safety and identify necessary maintenance.
  • Work closely with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to provide accurate repair estimates and timelines.
  • Maintain detailed digital records of all work performed and recommended future services.
  • Conduct road tests to verify repairs and ensure the vehicle is operating at factory standards.
  • Adhere to all OSHA and federal regulations regarding shop safety and hazardous waste disposal.
