Requirements

Automotive dealership accounting experience preferred
Experience with Dealertrack, CDK, or similar dealership management systems strongly preferred
Strong understanding of dealership accounting and financial statements
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Responsibilities

Assist with month-end and year-end financial statement preparation
Maintain and reconcile accounting schedules and general ledger accounts
Review and process dealership transactions for accuracy
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory accounting
Assist with payroll and commission processing
Reconcile floorplan and vehicle inventory accounts
Maintain manufacturer receivables and warranty schedules
Support internal controls and accounting process improvements
Assist with audits and financial reporting requirements
Work closely with dealership leadership on financial analysis and operational reporting
