Requirements
- Eager to learn and motivated to build a career in the automotive field
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take direction
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- No prior technician experience required — we’ll train you!
Nice To Haves
- Mechanical aptitude or automotive coursework is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist senior and master technicians with vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Learn diagnostic processes, maintenance procedures, and repair skills
- Perform basic services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections as you gain experience
- Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
- Follow a structured training plan designed to grow your skills step by step
