About The Position

NTB is proud to join the Mavis Tire Family. We're looking for a full-time Automotive Alignment Technicians to join Team Mavis at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service, repair and tire sales centers in the Pittsburgh, PA area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States. Automotive Alignment technicians use the latest equipment to align newly-mounted tires and wheels on customer's vehicles. By measuring and adjusting caster, camber, toe and thrust angles, our Automotive Alignment Technicians reduce customer's tire wear and ensure serviced vehicles travel straight and true. Mavis's Alignment Technicians also complete state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes and flat repairs, and perform any other required automotive service or vehicle repairs to customer vehicles.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Possess 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires or any combination of education, training and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.

Nice To Haves

Possess a state inspection license.

Responsibilities

Align newly-mounted tires and wheels on customer's vehicles using the latest equipment.
Measure and adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles.
Reduce customer's tire wear.
Ensure serviced vehicles travel straight and true.
Complete state-mandated inspections.
Perform oil and filter changes.
Perform flat repairs.
Perform any other required automotive service or vehicle repairs to customer vehicles.
