About The Position

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician to join their team in Newman, GA. This role involves using the latest equipment to align tires and wheels on customer vehicles by measuring and adjusting caster, camber, toe, and thrust angles to reduce tire wear and ensure vehicles travel straight. The technician will also perform state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes, flat repairs, and other required automotive services or repairs.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Possess 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires or any combination of education, training and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
Stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, pull, reach and perform repeated and repetitive movements consistent with vehicle and tire maintenance and repair.
Regularly lift and/or move items weighing over 50 pounds.

Possess a state inspection license.

Responsibilities
