The instructor will utilize Microsoft Office products for business communication and training delivery, and platforms like Zoom/MS Teams for virtual sessions. A key aspect of the role is demonstrating on-vehicle diagnosis and repair procedures, and objectively evaluating the diagnostic skills of service technicians. The position requires the ability to deliver training during daytime and evening hours, with occasional weekend training. The instructor will also provide automotive subject matter expertise for training content design across different media types and offer technical diagnostic assistance to technicians via phone. This position requires 25% - 50% overnight travel.
