Requirements

Ability to work in a high-paced atmosphere
Good problem-solving skills
Team oriented with the ability to work with others and also individually
Ability to adapt and be flexible, while keeping a positive attitude
Valid Drivers License with Clean driving record
Willing and able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Answering multi-line phone
Data entry
Organizing Files
Assisting different managers with requested tasks
On-boarding and new hires
Streamline operations with the front desk and other departments
Overseeing the front desk
Employee Schedules
Efficient with Outlook Calendar
Talking with possible vendors and current vendors
Coordinating dealership events
Keeping an accurate list of employees and numbers
Additional tasks may be assigned by manager
