About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Automotive ADM Lead to support Engineering applications with a strong focus on PLM, specifically custom (homegrown) PLM applications within the GSD ecosystem. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison with end business partner -Engineering Manager, managing business-critical issues while ensuring effective planning, coordination, and service delivery.

• Experience or exposure to design and industrial design concepts is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage ADM support and enhancement services for Engineering applications
• Serve as a trusted partner to end business partner's IT management, delivering continuous value and demonstrating Capgemini’s capabilities
• Lead application support services and collaborate with Capgemini’s global support teams across Engineering and non-Engineering application portfolios
• Manage user interactions, service requests, escalations, problem resolution, and root cause analysis
