Automotive ADAS Calibration Technician
About The Position
Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking talented, dedicated, and quality-focused individuals to join their team and provide top-tier service to customers. This position is for the Vermont market and is a Protech Calibration Technician Apprentice role. This paid apprenticeship offers mentorship and training to learn Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) Calibrations following OE specifications and repair standards. Apprentices will gain confidence across a wide range of manufacturers with initial training provided by Protech, a robust virtual support team, and continuing education on new vehicle technology. The goal is to transition from Apprentice to a Protech Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration Technician within seven months.
Requirements
- Be at least 21+ years of age.
- Have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our insurance policy.
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
Nice To Haves
- Previous automotive experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of Advanced Driver Assistance System Calibrations by following OE specifications and repair standards.
- Gain confidence as a calibration technician across a wide range of manufacturers.
- Engage in consistent physical activity including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
- Understand written and verbal instructions.
- Prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment.
