You will be directly responsible for monitoring and following up with customer leads received via the Internet, phone, and visits to the dealership. Outstanding customer service, organization, and follow-through are required. Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance Paid Maternity & Paternity after one year of employment Start earning PTO on your 1st day of employment Paid Training Career Advancement 401(K) and profit sharing Responsibilities Managing internet sales leads, responding to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answering questions on available stock and product performance Follow up with potential leads and return voicemails and messages to answer customers' questions Setting appointments for customers from the Internet, based on goals and objectives defined by the Internet Sales Manager Clearly and professionally document all customer feedback and information in CRM software Stay informed about new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers Meet weekly with the Used Car team to collaborate on areas that need improvement and areas that are working to drive towards success and hit new goals Requirements Ability to professionally and positively interact with customers via phone and email Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of a department or business goal Must be able to read, write, and type reports/correspondence. Customer service, sales, or telemarketing background helpful Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills A positive attitude, an exceptional work ethic, and a willingness to learn Computer literacy, organization skills, follow-up skills, typing skills Authorized to work in the USA Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, MVR, and drug test Must have a valid driver's license Our company maintains a firm policy of equal employment opportunity for all associates.
