About the Role Walt Massey is launching a brand-new Vehicle Buying Center , and we’re looking for driven, detail-oriented Vehicle Acquisition Agents to help us purchase vehicles from private-party sellers. In this role, you will reach out to customers, evaluate vehicles remotely, and make smart buying decisions that directly impact our success. If you enjoy problem-solving, learning new skills, working in an energetic team environment, and talking to customers, this is the opportunity for you. No automotive experience required — we train you on everything.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confidence speaking with customers over the phone or digitally
• Coachable mindset and eagerness to learn
• Attention to detail and ability to think critically
• Comfortable working with technology and multiple systems
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented

Responsibilities

• Reach out to customers looking to sell their vehicles
• Appraise vehicles remotely using provided tools, photos, data, and market insights
• Communicate professionally via phone, text, and email
• Present and explain purchase offers clearly and confidently
• Follow up on previous offers made
• Analyze vehicle information such as condition, mileage, and market trends
• Work closely with leadership to ensure smart, competitive buying decisions
• Keep detailed and accurate records of appraisals and offers
• Help drive the success of our new Buying Center through strong performance
