About The Position
Route 128 Honda is looking for a high-energy Acquisition Specialist to identify and purchase vehicles directly from service drive customers and inbound opportunities. This is a high-income role with immediate impact, ideal for someone who can spot opportunities, engage customers, and close deals.
Requirements
- Automotive experience a plus (sales, appraisal, or buying)
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
- Comfortable engaging customers face-to-face daily
Responsibilities
- Work the service drive daily to acquire vehicles
- Appraise vehicles and present competitive purchase offers
- Convert service customers into sell-your-car opportunities
- Handle inbound leads (KBB, equity mining, CRM)
- Partner with service and sales teams to maximize acquisition volume
- Target and acquire vehicles based on inventory needs
