About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with prior dealership accounting experience who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

Requirements

Prior automotive dealership accounting experience highly preferred
Experience in Accounts Payable, Billing, or related role required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage deadlines and high invoice volume
Proficient in basic accounting and data entry
Strong organizational and communication skills

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Reynolds and Reynolds is a plus

Responsibilities

Process vendor invoices accurately and timely
Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain organized payable records and documentation
Assist with month-end closing tasks
Communicate with vendors and internal departments
Ensure compliance with company policies and controls
