Brigham-Gill Village CDJR is looking for an experienced Automotive Accounting Clerk (AP / AR) to join their amazing team. Requirements

1+ years of accounting / bookkeeping experience in new car dealership
Proficiency with automotive DMS platforms (CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack, Tekion) and MS Office / Google Workspace
Basic accounting principles (GL, AP/AR, debits/credits) and dealership operations
High detail orientation, accurate data entry, organization, and strong communication
High school diploma required

Nice To Haves

Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

Responsibilities

Code and post vendor invoices, issue checks, post receipts, and manage customer accounts.
Balance cash drawers, process credit card settlements, reconcile bank deposits, and post sales schedules.
Maintain and clear assigned accounting schedules (trade-in payoffs, factory receivables, inventory).
Assist with monthly journal entries, schedule postings, and month-end financial closing preparation.
Maintain accurate financial records, address vendor inquiries, and support the Controller with administrative projects.
