Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
2+ years of dealership experience or similar environment.
Basic working knowledge of accounting.
Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background & hair follicle drug test)

Nice To Haves

6+ months as dealership biller preferred.

Responsibilities

Bill all new and used vehicle deals and post transactions accurately into accounting.
Receipt and process all monies received for new and used vehicle sales.
Review and organize deal paperwork to ensure completeness and compliance.
Process payoff checks for trade-ins and submit to the appropriate financial institutions in a timely manner.
Generate and maintain salesperson commission reports, including tracking commissions on hold.
Process new vehicle title work and route used vehicle title work to the Tag & Title Clerk once deals are funded.
Work collaboratively with management, sales teams, lenders, and coworkers to ensure smooth deal processing.
Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and accounting standards.
Provide professional and courteous communication with internal and external partners.
Perform additional duties and support functions as assigned.
