About The Position

Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships is seeking an experienced Automotive Accounting Clerk / Accounts Payable professional to join our World-Class Business Office Administrative Team! We represent 24 dealerships, 19 automotive brands and 15 Collision Centers across the Delmarva Peninsula and beyond, offering the stability of an established, family-owned organization with growth opportunities. Requirements

Previous automotive accounting experience required
Strong computer and data-entry skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities
Professional, dependable, and trustworthy
Strong communication and customer service skills
High School Diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

Accounts Payable/Receivable experience preferred
Associate Degree or higher preferred

Responsibilities

Process Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable accurately and efficiently
Assist with automotive titles, deals, and dealership accounting documentation
Maintain organized files and accurate business records
Provide professional phone and internal customer service
Assist the Business Office with additional accounting and administrative responsibilities as needed
