About The Position
Haldeman Auto Group is hiring a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join our accounting team. We are a family-owned dealership group (since 1975) representing Ford, Subaru, and Lexus, offering a stable, team-focused work environment. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Automotive billing/accounting experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Process vehicle sales and lease deals
- Review contracts, financing, and DMV paperwork for accuracy
- Calculate taxes, fees, and transaction details
- Submit paperwork to banks and agencies
- Work with sales & finance teams to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate and confidential records
