About The Position

Nalley Brunswick is looking for a Part-time experienced Automotive Accounting Assistant. The successful candidate should be a highly motivated, high-energy individual with a strong desire to succeed. Understanding of how to use common industry software
2+ years of Finance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in the Automotive industry
Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Experience with all aspects of business office duties
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Advanced computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional Appearance
Clean driving record & valid driver's license
Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of dealership accounting principles is a plus
Accounting Degree or Finance Degree preferred
Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures preferred

Responsibilities

Process weekly warranty contracts and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
Reconcile monthly warranty financials for group
Compile various financial reports for the CFO and dealer group on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Complete administrative tasks associated with financial records as needed
Reconcile group financials and compile group records for owners/CFO monthly
