Automotive Accessories Technician
About The Position
Durango Motor Company is seeking an experienced Accessories Technician to join their Accessories Team. This role is ideal for an automotive professional who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and is looking for a long-term career with growth opportunities. The technician will install a variety of automotive accessories, working closely with the Service and Accessories teams to ensure correct and efficient completion of vehicles to high standards. Requirements
- One year of accessory technician experience with dealership, independent shop or franchise
- Passion for automotive accessories
- Valid DL without any restrictions
- Must have required tools to perform duties
- Communicate effectively with others
- Must be able to work independently and as part of service team
- Capable of standing or sitting for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs comfortably
- Able to bend, kneel, squat, or stoop as required
Responsibilities
- Install automotive accessories to guest satisfaction
- Complete scheduled work prior to deadline
- Meet quality control checkpoints
- Coordinate effectively with Service Managers
- Maintain clean and safe work area
- Perform other duties or tasks as necessary
