About The Position

Gray Chevrolet Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Automobile Title Clerk to join our team in Stroudsburg, PA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vehicle titles and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the process. This role is essential in supporting our dealership’s operations and providing excellent service to our customers.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in related fields is a plus.
Experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in an automotive or dealership environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with vehicle titles and DMV regulations preferred.
Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

Responsibilities

Prepare, process, and file vehicle titles and related documents in a timely manner.
Verify and update customer and vehicle information to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate with DMV and other regulatory agencies to ensure proper title processing and compliance.
Maintain organized records of all title-related paperwork.
Communicate with sales staff, finance department, and customers regarding title status and documentation needs.
Assist with resolving title discrepancies and issues as they arise.
