About The Position
Design, build, and maintain automation workflows that improve process efficiency, reliability, and user experience using no-code/low-code automation tools. Key Performance Indicators: • Deliver automation solutions for prioritized workflows • Reduce manual effort through end-to-end automation • Ensure workflow reliability with monitoring and alerts • Optimize performance and execution time • Document and hand off automations to stakeholders
Requirements
- 1+ years building automation workflows
- Experience with no-code/low-code automation platforms
- Understanding of business process mapping
- Ability to troubleshoot integrations and APIs
- Basic knowledge of data formats and systems
