About The Position

This position requires proficiency in operating a lathe, milling machine, drill press, and grinder. The role involves reverse engineering small parts as needed, welding (TIG and MIG), reading and interpreting blueprints, and using various measuring devices such as gauges, calipers, indicators, and micrometers. Responsibilities also include cutting, squaring, milling, taping, and boring, and working with all types of metal and plastic.

Requirements

• Training beyond high school including either an Associate (A.S.) degree in Electronics Technology (or closely related technical field), or a combination of education and experience which may include skilled trades programs or military training.
• 2+ years of experience in a related field
• Industrial maintenance or automation experience preferred
• Some experience in electrical and mechanical required
• Standard computer skills
• Strong skills in document organization, the use of technical materials, and research techniques
• Proficient or become proficient in SAP Maintenance
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing with all team members
• Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
