Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing.
- Ability to work together as a team to reach the common goal.
- Valid driver’s license.
Nice To Haves
- Two-year technical degree in Manufacturing, Electrical, Machine Assembly Technology, Automotive, Diesel or similar.
Responsibilities
- In charge of machine builds from start to finish.
- Direct and delegate tasks to technicians working on the project.
- Ensure the customer’s machine has a quality cosmetic appearance upon completion.
- Perform trouble shooting, testing, and repairs.
- Review project timelines to ensure schedule is being met.
- Give recommendations for mechanical and electrical design changes.
- Review craftsmanship of all work done by oneself and others on each project.
- Travel to perform mechanical and electrical infield work.
- Travel to start-up equipment and train customer representatives at customer’s facility.
