Requirements

  • Minimum education (degree requirements where non-critical should be removed).
  • Minimum years of experience.
  • Required technical, analytical, and like-skills.
  • Alignment with company values.
  • Legal eligibility to work in a firearms environment (for some roles).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Team Leader, People Manager, Project Manager, and Individual Contributor.
  • Provide context such as volume, stakeholders, actual deliverables, growth possibilities, success metrics, soft skills, and tools.
  • Ensure the team meets its goals and objectives.
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion.
  • Contribute as an individual technical expert.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project success.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
