Requirements

Minimum education (degree requirements where non-critical should be removed).
Minimum years of experience.
Required technical, analytical, and like-skills.
Alignment with company values.
Legal eligibility to work in a firearms environment (for some roles).

Responsibilities

Serve as a Team Leader, People Manager, Project Manager, and Individual Contributor.
Provide context such as volume, stakeholders, actual deliverables, growth possibilities, success metrics, soft skills, and tools.
Ensure the team meets its goals and objectives.
Manage projects from initiation to completion.
Contribute as an individual technical expert.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project success.
Mentor and develop junior team members.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
