About The Position

The Automation team is responsible for the development, diagnostics, and maintenance of all automated packing equipment and robotics. Automation team maintains safety, improves production efficiencies and product quality.

Requirements

  • Automation Technician Certification
  • 1+ years Mechanical/Electrical background
  • Experience with basic electrical circuits a plus
  • PLC Programming

Responsibilities

  • Handle and operate any machinery, tools or equipment used safely while performing job duties.
  • Must be able to read and understand blueprints Mechanical and Electrical
  • Must be able to work with electrical power from 24v to 480v
  • Must be able to adjust sensors or know how to configure sensors
  • Set up & debug new automation as needed
  • Maintain, troubleshoot and repair various packing, automation and mold equipment
  • Develop, install, and program automation and robotics
  • Develop, install and validate vision systems
  • Assist with the integration, startup and debugging of plant floor equipment
  • Maintain clean work environment
