About The Position
This position requires proficiency in the following areas; reverse engineer small parts as needed; weld (TIG and MIG); read and interpret blueprints; read and interpret various measuring devices such as gauges, calipers, indicators and micrometers; cut, square, mill, tape and bore; work with all types of metal and plastic.
Requirements
- Training beyond high school including either an Associate (A.S.) degree in Electronics Technology (or closely related technical field), or a combination of education and experience which may include skilled trades programs or military training.
- 2+ years of experience in a related field
- Industrial maintenance or automation experience preferred
- Some experience in electrical and mechanical required
- Standard computer skills
- Strong skills in document organization, the use of technical materials, and research techniques
- Proficient or become proficient in SAP Maintenance
- Able to communicate verbally and in writing with all team members
- Must reside in the United States to be considered
- Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
