Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent industrial experience
Proven leadership experience within an engineering or automation environment
Strong understanding of PLC/HMI development platforms and process control systems
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to manage priorities and meet critical project deadlines

Nice To Haves

Experience with SCADA systems
Knowledge of Allen-Bradley platforms and related automation software
Familiarity with CAD systems and engineering workflows
Experience with industrial equipment, manufacturing processes, power distribution, and control panel design

Develop SOPs, work instructions, and templates to improve quality and consistency.
Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency.
Facilitate process reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner with Engineering, Service, Manufacturing, and other departments to deliver successful customer solutions.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable information for diverse audiences.
Help ensure seamless integration between automation, electrical, and mechanical systems.
