About The Position

We are looking for an Automation Specialist to join our Intelligent Document Processing team. In this role, you aren’t just "entering data"—you are the architect building the brains that do the work for us. You’ll use tools to teach computers how to read, understand, and organize complex documents (like utility bills) with incredible speed and accuracy. If you thrive on logic puzzles and love turning "chaos into clarity," you’ll fit right in.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ABBYY FlexiCapture/FlexiLayout or similar tools.
• Background in utility billing, document processing, or enterprise automation is a plus.
• Experience with Electronic Data Interchange files.
• Familiarity with document modeling, regular expressions (Regex), or data validation logic.
• Exposure to XML, JSON, Javascript, Python, prompt engineering, or generative AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze differences in documents to ensure automation can handle any input.
• Collaborate with product engineering and operations teams to fix glitches and find faster, smarter ways to get results.
• Develop a deep understanding of the utility industry and become the go-to person for how data flows through the system.
