About The Position

At Intelliforce, we specialize in building software and automation solutions that remove friction from mission operations. This high-priority role directly supports the RECON team within CNO, delivering immediate operational impact by streamlining how infrastructure and internal processes are deployed, tracked, and enforced. You’ll be part of Intelliforce’s core automation and mission engineering capability, trusted for rapid execution, independent ownership, and close collaboration with mission stakeholders in fast-moving environments. Schedule and Work Details Location: Columbia. MD Schedule: Full time, mission-focused Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (required) Here’s What Your Day-to-Day Might Include You’ll work independently while integrating across multiple teams, systems, and technology stacks. You’ll engage directly with mission stakeholders to gather requirements and rapidly translate them into deployable automation solutions. You’ll design and implement robust automation for project tracking, issue management, documentation, and configuration management. You’ll build and customize workflows that automate internal processes end to end, reducing manual effort and improving reliability. You’ll own features from concept through deployment, continuously iterating based on mission feedback.

Requirements

  • Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (required).
  • Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required. Four additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree.
  • A minimum of twelve years of experience developing software or automation solutions supporting complex, mission-focused environments is required.
  • Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, data manipulation, and building automation and integration tools.
  • Deep experience creating and managing custom workflows within the Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira and Confluence.
  • Proven ability to identify manual or inefficient processes and fully automate them through software solutions.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and drive projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong communication skills for direct collaboration with mission partners and technical stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience supporting CNO missions.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems.
  • Familiarity with adjacent technical domains such as dataflow, data science, or mission analytics.
