Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in an engineering related field (or 3 years of related engineering experience)
  • Fifteen years’ technical experience
  • Seven years’ experience in industrial automation
  • 3+ years of leadership experience, accountable for the success of a team of direct reports

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of controls/SCADA in a data center environment is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a world class team by ensuring team members embrace Vertech culture and core values, maintain relevant technical skills, partnership with HR on hiring and performance management processes, and more
  • Ensure your automation team stays profitable through oversight of key projects your team members are involved in
  • Ensure the efficient use of Vertech team members across projects
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to ensure consistency and reliability of solutions for customer
  • Team members maintain technologically current and relevant skillsets.
  • Team is adequately staffed with the right skill-sets for current and upcoming projects.
